If your thinking of buying the Nano, think again. Govt plans to implement certain rules which will make it impossible for one to buy it. Only 5000 will be allowed to be registered in big Cities like Mumbai and a person who owns a car cannot buy it. Infact if you own a Scooter/Motorbike then you will get it. With these kinds of plans by the Govt, its sure to ruin Tata's One Lakh Party. However people will still buy it by registering it elsewhere. Expect the resale to be damn good on the Nano :p
